I was devastated when I discovered that my RTX3080 had stopped working. I reached out to B-Hawk and Matt was very responsive. I posted off my card and within 3 days the card was on its way back to me, completely repaired. Through the whole process Matt was brilliant, clear communication of the issues with pictures. Great repair, Great service at a Great Price. Would highly recommend B-Hawk gaming to anyone needing a GPU or CPU repair.

I was selling my gaming PC off In parts took the motherboard out and managed to really mess up the CPU socket Pins. It was such a expensive motherboard I did not want to lose on It and wondered what I could do I looked around the Internet and found B-Hawk I was worried that the cost would be way to much to have it fixed I was wrong. Not only Did B-Hawk fix the board but they did it in rapid timing was all done in the space of a couple of days and back with me working incredible. It's a real five-star service and I'll use it again if anything breaks on me.

After applying liquid metal my GPU didn't post so I messaged B-Hawk Gaming. The card was delivered to matt on Sunday and by Sunday evening, he had completely repaired it back to original condition, gave me updates from start to finish with full explanations and pictures. Always polite, professional and respectful with every message. I don't think there is a single GPU repair business on the market that will offer the service that I've received. I could not recommend B-Hawk Gaming enough!
With how expensive GPUs are, It really hurt when my 3080 TI died. Like so many, I don't currently have the ability to throw £1000+ on a new one, and nor did i want to. After finding B-Hawk Gaming, everything sounded too good to be true. All of the reviews were flawless, the prices were more than reasonable, and the rate of success looked high. Despite my cynicism, I took a gamble, and It's the best thing i've done in a while. I completely understand why the reviews are flawless. 10/10.
Matt at B-Hawk was the best person I'd want working on my precious tech. Excellent communication throughout, going above and beyond, and allowing me to make key decisions possibly affecting the outcome. I learned from Matt during this process, and I consider the charge to be under what I might have expected to pay for the work. Highly recommended service, and will use them again if I have the need.

Excellent job, been over it with a magnifying glass, and cant fault the workmanship. Terrific service too, re-alignment spot on. Considering the cost of replacement CPU's (Over £600-00p) this service was very good value for money. Would recommend this company. If need be will certainly use this service again.
Can't thank BHawk Gaming enough! Fixed a broken pin on a potentially dead Ryzen 9 5950X. Fast repair, good communication, excellent job (cannot tell which pin was replaced) and the most important part - the CPU works perfectly again! Wouldn't hesitate to use again if i find myself in a similar situation. Fantastic service and thanks again!
